*Read what our guests have to say about their stay at Arrawarra Lodge* Just a short note to thank you for a week we will not forget for a long time. I was looking for a last minute destination for a school holiday mid coast when I came across your site with a discount for September to promote your new holiday rental property. I needed to be close to an airport so that I could despatch the kids home to Sydney by air wilst I continued on to Byron Bay for buiseness after the stay. It worked really well. Upon arrival I thought I had been given the wrong address. The outer presentation and manicured gardens professed a privately occupied home rather than the barren wasteland of most rentals. Internally we found a uniquely designed and presented home which would suit even the most astute of the upper class. I love timber and found the use of wood throughout to be restful and easy to maintain. The fittings and facilities are first class and on par with any upmarket hotel without the confinement they offer, (loved the rear deck privacy with extended views). With easy access to two beaches and their own living area with deck I hardly saw the kids during the day which allowed me to relax and/or work in peace. Overall a great week was had and the kids and I thank you again. Next time there will be more of us but I know we won't be on top of each other...so much room. Peter,Erin & Bree Lusher, Sydney. Dec 06 Hi Mark and Sophie, Firstly I want to thank you for a fantastic holiday, the house is amazing, and more than exceeded our expectations.... We had great weather, not too hot and the rain managed to stay away until yesterday afternoon. We also witnessed a spectacular boxing exhibition from the local kangaroos one evening, once I go through our photos, I'll email you, as so many were taken, and I can't remember if we took any at the time... Just one more thing, when filling in the guest book, mum noticed the previous guests mentioned that "once again" you had shown great taste in properties.. Do you have other holiday properties? Adults - Tops Kids - Awesome Rating out of 10 = 10 Hi Mark, Just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous time at Arrawarra Lodge. We were particularly impressed by how well equipped it was - you have certainly thought of everything. The location was great too - nice and quiet. We all had a relaxing time and only wished it was longer. I wanted to let you know a couple of things. My 3 year old dropped a plastic container and unfortunately it broke (sorry). I am happy to reimburse you for it, just let me know how much. It was a clear hard plastic Ikea container (like a big fluted cup), that was in the cupboard next to the measuring jug. I took a photo of it if you can't think of which one it is and can email it if you want. Sorry for the inconvenience. There wasn't a wine bottle opener at the house when we arrived, so we bought a waiter's friend and left it in the draw. Thanks again for the stay, it was great. The house is amazing and considering we had three families staying there our holiday was restful and fun! We were close enough to everything to still do the tourist thing (Big Bannana and Porpoise Pool which was an experience in itself!), but being at the house was like a private paradise. We can't wait to go back there, the beaches were great, the house beautiful and our hosts gracious...."
